Ingredients

- Genoese sponge.

- Ice cream to taste.

- Merengue.

- Candied fruits.

- Kirsch syrup.

- Ron or Brandy.

Preparation

Place on a pedestal cake elongated Genoese source, oval-shaped, with a thickness of two centimeters in size and which needs to be provided tortilla. Drunk the cake with kirsch syrup and sprinkle with candied fruit, cut into small pieces. Placed on top of the ice cream cake desired perfume, either fruit or cream. Cover with meringue, giving a thickness of one centimeter and a half, and decorate with meringue put in a sleeve. Place in the hot oven until meringue is browned and cooked through. At serving time, it is flamed with rum or brandy.
